PRIVACY INFORMATION

Your information.

The website is publicly accessible. The privacy information below describes the current form and storage features. Price My Works is operated by Hunter Construction Ltd under the Price My Works trading name. Full operator particulars and the privacy notice are still being finalised; please avoid submitting sensitive personal information.

What this version stores

The enquiry form stores the name, email, optional phone, postcode, project or sourcing request and uploaded files. These are available to the authorised operator through the enquiry dashboard. Uploads are held in private file storage and downloaded only through an authorised route.

Private accounts

The customer portal uses Google Firebase email/password authentication. A ChatGPT account is not required. We store the site-specific account identifier, sign-in email, profile details, chosen account types, account-condition acceptance and profile update dates. Project enquiries and business applications submitted while signed in are linked to that identifier. Your account shows only your own linked records and account-uploaded files. Authorised operators can review profiles, enquiries, applications and messages. Existing enquiries are not automatically assigned to an account just because its email matches. Firebase processes your sign-in credentials; passwords are not stored in project records or exposed to our team. The portal database and file storage are configured in the Netherlands region. Google may process authentication and operational information in other locations under its service arrangements. Earlier website enquiries remain in the existing private administration system.

Supplier product ranges, delivery areas and business details remain private to the account holder and authorised operator unless a separate publication arrangement is agreed. Account messages and operator replies are stored with the related record. Reviewed reports may be released as a versioned copy to the linked account; internal working notes are not included. Copies already downloaded cannot be recalled. Authorised operators can export database records for administration. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing or activate payments.

Drawing-assisted estimates

Optional AI drawing assistance is being prepared and remains switched off while deployment and live testing are completed. Uploading a document does not start AI processing. When activated, an authorised operator may select specific drawings and send them, the relevant project brief and pricing notes to Google Vertex AI to prepare a private estimate suggestion. The configured endpoint keeps model processing in the European Union. Sign-in passwords and account contact fields are not included in the analysis request; personal information written within a drawing or project brief would still be included, so please remove unrelated information before uploading.

Suggestions and their source references are stored with the private project working records. They may contain mistakes. Written dimensions, quantities, prices and assumptions require human checking; unreadable or missing measurements need clarification. AI allowances are not verified supplier prices. You see an estimate only after the operator reviews and explicitly releases it. The feature does not place orders, take payments, contact contractors or send estimates automatically.

What it does not do

No payment details are collected. There is no marketing signup, visitor-level advertising tracking or automatic project-email dispatch. Advertising booking records contain the agreed creative, placement dates, fee, acceptance and manual payment-verification evidence. Only approved advert text, business name, service areas, artwork and website link are published; invoice and payment evidence remains private. Firebase sends verification and password-reset emails when requested during account setup or recovery. Uploading customer documents does not trigger AI analysis, automatic pricing releases or external actions. Contractor applications, insurance evidence and advertising enquiries are stored privately for manual review. Draft messages and review audit events are linked to the relevant record.

Optional visitor statistics

Only after you choose “Allow statistics”, we count page loads, the first page load of a browser-tab session and broad source groups. The application stores aggregate daily totals, not IP addresses, names, visitor IDs, query strings, full referring URLs or browsing histories. Your choice is remembered in browser local storage; a session flag prevents counting each page as a new visit. Use the footer control to decline or withdraw. Do Not Track is respected. Admin/owner activity, bot user agents and labelled technical tests are excluded. With the same statistics choice, we also count clicks on advertiser website and supplier-news links as daily totals per advertiser and link type. These figures can be shared with that advertiser. We do not record who clicked, and we do not profile visitors. Declining statistics or enabling Do Not Track stops this click measurement. Repeated clicks may be counted; figures are not unique visitors, enquiries or sales. Counts do not represent unique people and cannot reveal who visited. Hosting may separately process technical request information to operate and secure the service.

Business outreach records

Our private campaign register may hold relevant business contact details from existing correspondence, the source of the contact, review and approval notes, message references, replies, follow-up status and opt-outs. Being a supplier or opening an account does not itself establish marketing consent. Campaign messages are reviewed before dispatch. Contact enquiries@pricemyworks.co.uk to ask about your record or stop marketing. An opt-out is retained to prevent further outreach.

Notice being finalised

The final notice must confirm the controller and contact details, lawful bases, processor arrangements, retention periods, transfers where relevant and how people exercise their rights. Test records should be removed before accepting customer submissions.
